At Blue Mountain E-Bikes we STRONGLY encourage all of our customers to test ride a variety of different bikes BEFORE committing to a purchase. E-bikes are expensive, and for most people, they will purchase and ride just one bike. We want you to be SURE that you are making the MOST informed decision possible. The e-bike that is not a joy to ride is the e-bike that never moves from its spot in the garage.

WHERE you buy your next e-bike is just as important as trying the bike BEFORE you buy. A shop that will help you take care of your new investment can be just as important as the investment itself. Unlike most standard bicycles, e-bikes have many proprietary parts that are only available through the ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER of the product. Most bike shops will not work with brands of bikes that do not have EASILY ATTAINABLE parts to get the bike back to a SAFE and enjoyable riding condition.
