At its core, the JOY is powered by a robust 500W rear hub motor paired with a 529.2Wh Samsung Li-ion battery, giving riders an impressive range of 30–65 miles and a max speed of 20mph (Class 2). The UL 2849 and UL 2271 certifications ensure this power system is both safe and compliant for U.S. riders—especially important as battery regulations tighten in major cities like New York and Los Angeles.

Comfort is key, and JOY delivers with a front suspension fork (50mm travel), a cushioned saddle, and 20"x3" wide Kenda tires that smooth out any bump in the road. The adjustable handlebar stem allows riders of varying heights (4’11”–6’3”) to find their ideal riding posture, while the colorful built-in display keeps all essential ride data front and center.

Riders can select from 4 pedal-assist levels—Eco, Tour, Boost, and Turbo, or go hands-free with full throttle mode for easy cruising. Thanks to the precision torque sensor, power delivery feels seamless and natural—like the bike intuitively knows just how much help you need.

Safety isn’t just a feature—it’s a priority. JOY includes TEKTRO HD-E3520 hydraulic disc brakes with a power cut-off sensor for strong, responsive braking. The rear taillight activates automatically when braking, and the bright front headlight (30 Lux) ensures visibility in all conditions.
